First Time Space Setup

Set up a Confluence space so WorkatoSight can read Workato metadata, show cached facts, and render macros without making hidden live Workato calls during page reads.

Guided Flow

Section titled “Guided Flow”

  1. Open the Confluence space settings and choose WorkatoSight Configuration.

  2. Enter the Workato API origin, allowed browser host patterns, credential, refresh preferences, and display timezone. Save the configuration and run diagnostics.

  3. Open WorkatoSight Dashboard from the configuration screen or the space app navigation.

  4. Confirm the Browse tab shows cached Workato facts and that search, dataset, state, environment, risk, and freshness filters are available.

  5. Open Documentation Coverage and run Scan visible pages after the architecture pages exist.

  6. Open Freshness and confirm the cache slices have clear fresh, stale, failed, or not-yet-available states.

Success Checklist

Section titled “Success Checklist”
  • The space is marked configured.
  • Diagnostics complete without exposing secrets.
  • Dashboard Browse shows cached Workato facts.
  • Documentation Coverage completes without mutating Confluence pages.
  • Freshness states are understandable for each cache slice.
