Build a Workato Integration Architecture Hub

Create a Confluence page tree that documents Workato architecture, API exposure, runtime behavior, and configuration context in one place.

Watch the architecture hub walkthrough

  1. Create a top-level integration home page with links to system overview, API architecture, runtime, and configuration reference pages.

  2. Add API Endpoint and API Security macros to endpoint pages so readers can see method, path, backing Recipe, controls, and freshness.

  3. Open the Workato APIs byline on the API page and verify it summarizes only the API assets referenced on that page.

  4. Add Runtime Evidence macros to operations pages where teams need recent job rollups.

  5. Add Config Data macros to reference pages that explain Workato Lookup Tables or redacted Project Properties.

  6. Return to Documentation Coverage and run a scan to confirm architecture pages are covered and no unconverted links remain.

    Documentation Coverage clean scan

  • The page tree reads like a real integration architecture space.
  • API bylines show page-local counts.
  • Macros use Workato links where cached facts contain durable URLs.
  • Runtime and configuration evidence render from cache.
  • Documentation Coverage reports no unconverted, stale, unknown, or API-reference findings for the completed hub.
