WorkatoSight Macro Reference
WorkatoSight macros render cached Workato context in Confluence pages.
Recipe Macros
Section titled “Recipe Macros”Recipe macros support native Confluence Display options:
- Recipe Detailed: a full architecture card with trigger, actions, apps involved, context, dependencies, freshness, and Workato links.
- Recipe Compact: a dense inline reference for overview pages and quick-reference sections.
- Recipe Summary: a compact metric and context snapshot.
Paste one canonical Workato Recipe URL into the Confluence editor and press Enter to trigger auto-convert. Wait for Confluence to convert that one URL before pasting another URL.
Asset Macros
Section titled “Asset Macros”WorkatoSight includes macros for:
- Workato Project.
- Workato Connection.
- Workato API Collection.
- Workato API Client.
- API Endpoint.
- API Security.
- Environment Summary.
- Config Data.
- Runtime Evidence.
Most asset macros are picker-driven so WorkatoSight can avoid ambiguous browser URL shapes. Connection, Recipe, and durable API URLs can auto-convert when the URL host is allowed for the space and the URL points to a real Workato asset.
Refresh
Section titled “Refresh”Cache-backed macros expose scoped refresh actions where appropriate. A macro refresh updates the configured asset or asset family, not the whole Workato estate.
