Documentation Coverage
Documentation Coverage scans visible Confluence pages in the configured space and records page-context and coverage-finding records.

What It Checks
Section titled “What It Checks”Documentation Coverage records:
- Pages with WorkatoSight macros.
- Unconverted canonical Workato links that could become macros.
- Stale macro facts.
- Unknown real Workato links that do not match cached facts.
- Page-local API references.
Neutral pages with no Workato context are not shown as findings. Pages without readable storage bodies are ignored for the scan result instead of being presented as partial failures.
Run A Scan
Section titled “Run A Scan”Open WorkatoSight Dashboard, choose Documentation Coverage, then choose Scan visible pages.
The scan is explicit, bounded, authorized, and read-only. It reads Confluence page bodies, records coverage facts, and does not mutate Confluence pages.
Interpret Results
Section titled “Interpret Results”The summary cards count scanned pages and finding categories. The table shows actionable findings only. Page names link to Confluence pages so authors can open the right page and convert or review the item.
