Dashboard and Fact Cache

The WorkatoSight Dashboard is the space-level hub for cached Workato facts.

Where to Open

Section titled “Where to Open”

Open the Confluence space, then choose WorkatoSight Dashboard from the space app navigation.

Browse Cached Facts

Section titled “Browse Cached Facts”

The Browse tab lets you search and filter Workato Projects, Folders, Recipes, Connections, Lookup Tables, Project Properties, API Collections, API Endpoints, API Clients, API Keys, page context records, and coverage findings.

Use the search box and filters together:

  1. Type a name, path, project, folder, or Workato id.
  2. Press Enter or choose Search.
  3. Narrow by dataset, state, environment, risk, or freshness.
  4. Use pagination to move through visible rows. The footer shows the current range and total result count.

Freshness

Section titled “Freshness”

The Freshness tab shows when each cache slice was last refreshed and whether facts are fresh, stale, failed, or not yet available.

Macros, bylines, and read-only dashboard tabs use cached data. Refresh buttons are explicit live Workato actions and remain bounded to the relevant dataset, macro asset, or page-local asset set.
