API Governance
API Governance shows how Workato API Platform assets are documented in Confluence and whether visible posture signals need review.

Dashboard Review
Section titled “Dashboard Review”Open WorkatoSight Dashboard, then select API Governance. The dashboard summarizes collections, active endpoints, review items, clients, and key posture records from cached Workato API Platform facts.
Use API Governance to answer:
- Which endpoints are active?
- Which endpoint has a backing Recipe?
- Which controls are visible from the cached endpoint facts?
- Which collections or endpoints need review?
- Which clients and key posture records are cached without exposing token values?
Page-Local API Bylines
Section titled “Page-Local API Bylines”The Workato APIs byline is page-local. It counts only API macros, API Platform links, and API assets referenced on the current Confluence page.

Healthy pages show active endpoint counts without review warnings. Pages that reference a collection with missing visible signals can show review items for that page context.
API Macros
Section titled “API Macros”Use API Endpoint, API Security, API Collection, and API Client macros on API architecture pages.

API macros use Workato hyperlinks when cached facts contain a durable browser URL or enough identifiers to build an approved Workato URL. Token values and secret material are never rendered.
