WorkatoSight for Confluence Terms of Use

These terms apply to WorkatoSight for Confluence, a Flowdence app for Confluence Cloud.

1. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Installing and configuring the app only in authorized Confluence sites and spaces.
  • Providing Workato credentials with the least permissions needed for intended app features.
  • Keeping Workato credentials current and rotating them when required.
  • Ensuring Confluence pages and Workato metadata used with the app are appropriate for the customer’s users.
  • Avoiding submission of secrets, tokens, private keys, passwords, or token-bearing URLs through support channels.

2. App behavior

WorkatoSight reads customer-configured Workato metadata through explicit refresh and test actions, then renders cached context in Confluence dashboards, macros, and bylines. Normal page reads and macro renders use cached data.

WorkatoSight does not create, modify, disable, or delete Workato assets. Documentation Coverage scans do not edit Confluence pages.

3. Upstream dependencies

WorkatoSight depends on Atlassian Forge, Confluence Cloud, and the customer’s Workato tenant. Availability, permissions, API shape, rate limits, and feature access in the customer’s Workato tenant can affect app behavior.

4. Support

Flowdence provides commercially reasonable support through https://flowdence.io/support. Support targets and customer ticket details are described in the WorkatoSight Support Policy.

5. License

WorkatoSight is intended to use Atlassian Marketplace licensing. Access to paid features may depend on the customer’s Marketplace license state.

6. Security and acceptable use

Customers must not use WorkatoSight to attempt unauthorized access, evade Workato or Atlassian controls, or store secrets in Confluence pages or support tickets. Flowdence may investigate and mitigate abuse, security threats, and operational incidents.

7. Governing law

Section titled “7. Governing law”

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory rights under applicable law, disputes are submitted to the courts of Victoria, Australia, and Commonwealth courts sitting in Victoria.
