WorkatoSight for Confluence Privacy Policy

WorkatoSight for Confluence is a Flowdence app for documenting Workato architecture, API posture, and operational evidence inside Confluence.

Data processed

WorkatoSight may process:

  • Confluence site, space, page, and macro context needed to render dashboards, macros, bylines, configuration, and documentation-coverage views.
  • Workato API origin, approved browser host patterns, refresh preferences, timezone preferences, and credential reference metadata configured by a space admin.
  • Customer-selected Workato metadata such as Projects, Folders, Recipes, Connections, Lookup Tables, API Collections, API Endpoints, API Clients, API Keys, runtime rollups, and related cache freshness state.
  • Support information shared by customers through Flowdence support channels.

Workato credentials are stored with Atlassian Forge secret storage. Credential values are not returned to the frontend after save.

Purposes

Flowdence processes this data to provide the app, render cache-backed Confluence pages, support customer configuration, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and meet legal or Marketplace obligations.

Data roles

Customers control the Workato tenant, Confluence site, app configuration, and page content they choose to use with WorkatoSight. Flowdence acts as a processor for customer End-User Data processed through the app and as an independent controller for limited business-operational data such as support, billing, security, and abuse-prevention records.

Retention and deletion

WorkatoSight configuration and cached facts remain until changed, refreshed, removed through app operations, or removed when the app is uninstalled. Customers can request help removing WorkatoSight configuration, cached facts, or support records through Flowdence Support.

International transfers

WorkatoSight runs on Atlassian Forge. Customer-configured Workato tenants are customer-controlled upstream systems. If Flowdence uses additional subprocessors for WorkatoSight in the future, Flowdence will use appropriate transfer safeguards where required.
