GrafanaSight Terms of Use

These product-specific terms apply to GrafanaSight for Confluence and supplement Flowdence’s shared terms.

Customer Responsibilities

Section titled “Customer Responsibilities”
  • Maintain an active Atlassian Marketplace subscription where required.
  • Provide and rotate Grafana Cloud service account tokens.
  • Ensure Grafana resource names, labels, and annotations are appropriate for display in Confluence.
  • Configure Confluence permissions so only authorized users can view embedded Grafana content.

Flowdence Responsibilities

Section titled “Flowdence Responsibilities”
  • Operate GrafanaSight using Atlassian Forge services.
  • Store Grafana tokens using Forge secret storage.
  • Document supported setup, support, and removal flows.
  • Provide commercially reasonable support through https://flowdence.io/support.

Third-Party Services

GrafanaSight connects to customer-managed Grafana Cloud tenants. GrafanaSight is a Flowdence product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grafana Labs.

Section titled “Paid Marketplace Licensing”

Paid features require an active Atlassian Marketplace license. Inactive or missing production licenses may block macros, refresh, scheduled sync, Rovo actions, and dashboard or alert data access.
