Support Scope
Section titled “Support Scope”Flowdence supports GrafanaSight setup, Confluence macro behavior, sync health, app configuration, and product troubleshooting.
Customer Responsibilities
Section titled “Customer Responsibilities”Customers are responsible for Grafana Cloud availability, service account token scope, token rotation, Grafana dashboard permissions, and Confluence page permissions.
Safe Support Practice
Section titled “Safe Support Practice”Do not send Grafana service account tokens to Flowdence. Provide sanitized screenshots, affected space/page URLs, dashboard UID, panel id, timestamps, and error messages instead.
