GrafanaSight Provider Specific Terms Addendum

GrafanaSight integrates with Grafana Cloud using customer-provided credentials.

Provider Scope

  • Upstream provider: Grafana Cloud.
  • Supported endpoint pattern: https://*.grafana.net.
  • Credential type: Grafana Cloud service account token.

Customer-Controlled Access

Section titled “Customer-Controlled Access”

Customers are responsible for creating, scoping, rotating, and revoking Grafana service account tokens. Flowdence does not create Grafana accounts or manage Grafana Cloud authorization outside the app’s use of the provided token.

Provider Availability

Section titled “Provider Availability”

Grafana Cloud availability, API behavior, rate limits, dashboard permissions, and render behavior are governed by the customer’s Grafana relationship and provider terms.
