GrafanaSight is a Forge-based Confluence app that connects a Confluence space to a customer-managed Grafana Cloud instance. It renders Grafana panel snapshots, dashboard metadata, alert summaries, annotation timelines, and cache-first Rovo responses inside Confluence.

  • Confluence space identifiers and page identifiers required for app scoping and macro refresh.
  • Grafana Cloud URL and organization metadata.
  • Grafana dashboard, panel, folder, tag, alert, annotation, and rendered snapshot metadata.
  • Grafana service account token stored in Forge secret storage.
  • Operational log metadata required for troubleshooting.

GrafanaSight is designed to avoid unnecessary storage of Atlassian user profile data.

  • Provide requested Grafana views in Confluence.
  • Cache operational snapshots so runbooks remain useful and resilient.
  • Support troubleshooting, incident response, and product operations.
  • App runtime and storage are hosted by Atlassian Forge.
  • Outbound requests go to the customer-configured Grafana Cloud tenant at https://*.grafana.net.
  • Where personal data is transferred across borders, Flowdence applies appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Cached snapshots are retained for app functionality and may be refreshed or replaced. Grafana tokens remain stored until rotated or removed by configuration change. Customers can uninstall the app to remove app-held Forge data according to Atlassian Forge platform behavior.

Flowdence does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure and subprocessors required to deliver the service.

Requests regarding personal data can be sent to [email protected].

Grafana dashboards, alert labels, annotation text, panel titles, and resource names may contain personal data depending on customer naming practices. Customers should avoid embedding sensitive personal data in Grafana resource names or labels.

This app-specific policy is read together with the shared Flowdence baseline policy pages.
