ChangeGuard for Jira Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of ChangeGuard for Jira provided by Flowdence, together with applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms and the customer’s order.
License and use
Section titled “License and use”Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Flowdence grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ChangeGuard on the licensed Jira Cloud site. The customer must not misuse, reverse engineer except where law permits, bypass license controls, interfere with the service, or use the app unlawfully.
Customer responsibilities
Section titled “Customer responsibilities”The customer controls Jira configuration, policies, workflow attachment, test data, user permissions, exported evidence, and the content entered into the app. Customers must test policy changes in an appropriate non-production context, maintain necessary backups/records, and avoid entering secrets or unlawful/sensitive data.
Service boundaries
Section titled “Service boundaries”ChangeGuard supports the documented Jira Software surfaces. Preflight guidance is advisory. JSM readiness discovery is not JSM enforcement. Results and exports support customer governance but are not legal, audit, or compliance advice and do not replace human review.
Warranty and liability
Section titled “Warranty and liability”The app is provided subject to the warranties, disclaimers, liability limits, termination rights, and governing law in the customer’s applicable agreement and Marketplace terms.
