ChangeGuard Provider Specific Terms Addendum

This addendum supplements the ChangeGuard for Jira Terms of Use and applicable order/Marketplace terms where Flowdence processes customer personal data on the customer’s behalf.
Processing
Section titled “Processing”- Subject: providing and supporting ChangeGuard for Jira.
- Duration: the subscription and any legally required wind-down/retention period.
- Nature and purpose: policy authoring, simulation, Jira safeguards, governance, compliance reporting, Audit evidence, support, security, and account privacy handling.
- Data: Jira identifiers/context, customer-authored policy/waiver/reason text, governance and Audit evidence, pseudonymous actor references, and the bounded Atlassian account-ID registry required for privacy reporting.
- Data subjects: customer Jira users, administrators, and persons referenced in customer-controlled content.
Safeguards and subprocessors
Section titled “Safeguards and subprocessors”ChangeGuard runs on Atlassian Forge; Atlassian provides the hosting platform and associated security/residency controls under its terms. ChangeGuard declares no Flowdence remote backend or external app-data egress. Flowdence applies access control, secure development, vulnerability, incident, and deletion procedures described in the published policies.
Requests and incidents
Section titled “Requests and incidents”Flowdence will reasonably assist the customer with data-subject requests, security incidents, and regulator/customer inquiries within the parties’ legal and contractual responsibilities. Contact privacy [at] flowdence.io or https://flowdence.io/support.
