What BoomiSight Does
Section titled “What BoomiSight Does”BoomiSight is an Atlassian Forge app for Confluence that displays customer-configured Boomi operational data in Confluence dashboards and macros. It helps teams document Boomi processes, runtimes, environments, deployments, executions, APIs, connectors, and release windows.
Data We Process
Section titled “Data We Process”BoomiSight processes:
- Confluence space configuration entered by admins.
- Boomi API token material stored in Forge secret storage.
- Cached Boomi operational metadata returned by the customer’s Boomi account.
- Macro configuration values saved with Confluence content.
- Operational diagnostics needed for support, reliability, and security investigation.
BoomiSight does not intentionally collect Atlassian user API tokens. The app may process Atlassian account identifiers and customer-controlled Boomi metadata that can include personal data.
Why We Process Data
Section titled “Why We Process Data”- Provide BoomiSight dashboards and macros.
- Store configuration and refresh cached data for performance and reliability.
- Verify Boomi access and report feature-level readiness.
- Support troubleshooting, incident response, and security review.
Hosting, Transfers, and Subprocessors
Section titled “Hosting, Transfers, and Subprocessors”BoomiSight runs on Atlassian Forge. Flowdence-controlled app storage is provided by Forge. The app sends configured Boomi API requests to https://api.boomi.com. Customer-selected Boomi tenants and customer content may be subject to the customer’s own Boomi configuration and contracts.

Retention and Deletion
Section titled “Retention and Deletion”Configuration and cached data remain until changed, cleared by auth-context updates, or removed with the app. Customers can request assistance through [email protected] or [email protected].
Changes
Section titled “Changes”Flowdence updates this policy when BoomiSight’s data handling materially changes.
