Summary
Section titled “Summary”This release improves ChangeGuard administration at scale with server-managed Policy directories, complete-inventory summaries, clearer readiness and issue guidance, and more reliable Policy actions.
New features
Section titled “New features”- Scalable Policy directories: Search, filter, sort, count, and navigate Policies using 20-row pages. Paging restarts safely if the Policy inventory changes.
- Complete administration summaries: Overview and Template states now reflect the complete Policy inventory rather than only the visible page.
- On-demand History: Policy History loads when first opened.
- Workflow exception navigation: Search, filter, and page through workflow exceptions in Health.
- Guidance for larger Policy sets: Issue guidance groups applicable Policies by family and provides additional controls on wider surfaces.
Bug fixes and improvements
Section titled “Bug fixes and improvements”- Later-page Candidate tests remain current, preserving available simulation actions until the tested Candidate changes.
- History-only and Archived Policies open with the correct Policy identity.
- Policy menus omit actions that cannot apply to the selected lifecycle state while keeping actionable remediation available.
- Health and technical evidence now present readiness conclusions and recovery steps more clearly.
- Overview and Governance direct administrators to the specific workflow repair journey.
- Templates preserve the selected pack identity and distinguish

- Health no longer reports a verified result while release authority is publishing, unavailable, unhealthy, or ambiguous.

Admin action required
Section titled “Admin action required”No action is required for existing valid Policies. When creating or updating a Regulated Done draft without an explicit scope, choose selected projects or all projects before continuing.
Known limitations
Section titled “Known limitations”Jira Service Management remains limited to readiness and compatibility information; it is not an enforcement promise for portal or request-type behavior.
