Scope changes
Section titled “Scope changes”The app requests Jira read/write access needed for policy evaluation, compliance updates, issue guidance, and explicit Jira Service Management readiness discovery. It has no external data egress.
Admin action required
Section titled “Admin action required”Install ChangeGuard from Atlassian Marketplace, open Apps → ChangeGuard, and complete the setup checklist. Existing installations must accept the updated privacy-reporting permission during upgrade.
Known limitations
Section titled “Known limitations”Jira Service Management remains readiness discovery only and is not an enforcement promise in this release.
