Regulated Done

Regulated Done policies govern configured Jira Software transitions and can require Resolution, labels, Fix Versions, or other supported evidence.

The expression validator can require Resolution. The central lambda validator evaluates the exact Active policy set and active waiver authority. A successful transition can run the ChangeGuard post-function to refresh compliance evidence.

Attach and test validators in a non-production workflow first. If ChangeGuard cannot verify Active truth, the validator fails closed with user-safe recovery guidance. When the paid license is explicitly inactive, it permits the transition.
