Health, Reporting, and Audit

Health verifies the Active pointer, immutable release, expression cache, Active snapshot, action and workflow readers, publisher lease, and reconciliation state. Do not publish another change while readers disagree or reconciliation is ambiguous.

The read-only ChangeGuard Compliance custom field supports Jira reporting and filtering. changeGuardStatus(...) expands to JQL over the current verified compliance values after a complete refresh.

Audit events have a 30-day retention window and cannot be edited. Filter by event type and UTC dates, then prepare a CSV or bounded Governance JSON package. Actor values are privacy-safe references rather than raw Atlassian account IDs.
