Governance and Waivers

Manual and daily scans reconcile current policy, release, diagnostic, and drift evidence into findings. Administrators can resolve or ignore a finding with retained provenance; a later observation can reopen it.

Waivers are issue- and policy-scoped, time-bounded exceptions. They affect simulations and Regulated Done lambda evaluation only. Revocation and explicit expiry retain the first terminal decision. A waiver never bypasses Work Type Safety action-validator enforcement.
