Configuration

Open the Confluence space, then open Space settings, Apps, and BoomiSight Configuration.

Enter:

  • Boomi account ID.
  • Boomi username. BoomiSight normalizes supported Boomi token username formats during save.
  • Boomi API token.
  • Refresh interval in hours.
  • Dataset flags for runtime, API, execution, and connector data.

After saving, run Verify Connection & Access. BoomiSight checks basic authentication first, then reports readiness for core dashboards, deployment history, execution monitoring, and optional API governance enrichment.

APIM access is optional. If APIM probes are blocked or unsupported, BoomiSight can still show core runtime and deployment views when those permissions are available.

Admin Surfaces

Section titled “Admin Surfaces”
  • Global page: lists configured spaces and deep-links to each space configuration.
  • Space page: shows dashboard snapshots for the configured space.
  • Space settings: stores credentials, dataset flags, refresh interval, and verification results.
  • Macros: render detailed and compact Boomi views in Confluence pages.
