First Value Walkthrough

Use this flow to confirm BoomiSight is configured correctly and to create a useful Confluence page that shows whether Boomi runtime, deployment, execution, and API data is available for the configured Boomi identity.

  1. Configure BoomiSight in space settings.
  2. Run Verify Connection & Access and confirm at least basic API authentication is available.
  3. Open the BoomiSight dashboard from the Confluence space apps sidebar.
  4. Refresh the environment comparison and diagnostics panels.
  5. Add a Process Snapshot macro to a test page.
  6. Add an Atom Health macro if runtime access is available.
  7. Add Release Notes or Process Deployment History if deployment-history access is available.
  8. Record any limited-access warnings in the customer onboarding notes.
  • Configuration is saved without returning the Boomi API token to the UI.
  • Verification distinguishes full access from limited access.
  • At least one dashboard or macro renders cached Boomi data.
  • Documentation, support, demo, and trademark notice links are visible from the app.
