Execution Dashboard
Execution Dashboard summarizes recent process execution records for the configured Boomi account and selected filters.

What This Feature Answers
Section titled “What This Feature Answers”- How many process runs occurred in the selected time window?
- How many runs ended in an error-like status?
- Which processes, runtimes, or error signatures are most concentrated?
- Is the current view empty because there were no recent runs, or because access/data is limited?
Core Controls
Section titled “Core Controls”- Time window: Last 1 hour, Last 24 hours, or Last 7 days.
- Status filter: All statuses or a narrower execution state group.
- Environment filter: All environments or selected environments.
- Refresh Execution: request fresh execution data for the selected view.
Typical Workflow
Section titled “Typical Workflow”- Open the Execution Dashboard tab.
- Pick a time window that matches the incident, release, or support request.
- Narrow by status or environment when triaging a known problem.
- Review Total Runs, Error Runs, Success Runs, Avg Duration, and fetched time.
- Use Top Failing Processes, Top Failing Runtimes, Top Error Signatures, and Recent Executions to decide where to investigate next.
Interpretation Tips
Section titled “Interpretation Tips”An empty execution dashboard can be a healthy state when no executions occurred in the selected window. If execution access is unavailable, BoomiSight explains that runtime, deployment, API, and connector views can still be available.
