BoomiSight for Confluence

BoomiSight brings Boomi operational and documentation context into Confluence. Teams can compare deployments across environments, inspect execution and API health, review connector dependencies, find documentation gaps, ask grounded questions through Rovo, and embed focused Boomi views directly into runbooks.

BoomiSight is configured per Confluence space. Each space stores its Boomi account ID, username, API token, refresh interval, and enabled datasets in Atlassian Forge storage. The API token is stored in Forge secret storage.

• Page bylines: summarize page-local Boomi architecture, API, freshness, and documentation-health context in configured spaces.
• Macros: provide detailed and compact Boomi views, safe Process Property/XREF structure, and opt-in process configuration dependencies.
• BoomiSight Specialist: answers from safe cached facts for the trusted current page or current space when Rovo is available on the Atlassian site.
• Scheduled sync: refreshes cached data at the configured 24-to-168-hour per-space interval; manual dashboard and macro refresh remains immediate.
