ApprovalFlow release notes — February 2026

ApprovalFlow’s first release brings structured page approvals to Confluence while pages remain available during review.

  • Workflow design: Create single-step or multi-step workflows with named approvers and sequential approval rules.
  • Page approvals: Submit published pages, approve requests, or request changes from the page byline.
  • Version-aware status: Track Draft, In Approval, Approved, and Changes Requested states with page-version context and review progress.
  • Review conversations: Notify approvers through page comments and keep decision replies with the approval conversation.
  • Queues and analytics: Review work in the Approval Queue, explore Workflow Analytics, export filtered results, and manage page workflow assignments.
  • Space-level administration: Users can create workflows, while workflow owners and space admins can manage existing workflows according to their permissions.

None.

None. This is ApprovalFlow’s first public release.

A Confluence admin must install ApprovalFlow. Create or import at least one enabled workflow in each space where teams will request approvals.
