New features

- Page approvals: Submit published pages, approve requests, or request changes from the page byline.
- Version-aware status: Track
Draft,In Approval,Approved, andChanges Requestedstates with page-version context and review progress. - Review conversations: Notify approvers through page comments and keep decision replies with the approval conversation.
- Queues and analytics: Review work in the Approval Queue, explore Workflow Analytics, export filtered results, and manage page workflow assignments.
- Space-level administration: Users can create workflows, while workflow owners and space admins can manage existing workflows according to their permissions.

Admin action required
Section titled “Admin action required”A Confluence admin must install ApprovalFlow. Create or import at least one enabled workflow in each space where teams will request approvals.
